Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and agree to use Julius × Myra for lawful research purposes.

Beta features may change quickly. We will give reasonable notice when we deprecate functionality or require migrations.

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled from your billing portal. Downgrading ends premium access at the end of the current cycle.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Usage-based add-ons bill monthly in arrears.

You own the content you upload. By using the platform you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and display your research to teammates you authorize.

We own the service, documentation, and brand assets. Do not reverse engineer or copy components without written permission.

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime and provide enterprise SLAs on request. Planned maintenance happens during off-peak windows.

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other materially breaches these terms and fails to cure within 30 days.

Any disputes will be resolved through confidential arbitration in Delaware, USA, except that either party may seek injunctive relief for misuse of confidential information.

These terms are governed by Delaware law without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
